Mission

The embedded systems domain increasingly needs of a reality capable to carrying out a continuous technological transfer to the companies. In particular, with the development of new control and sensor technologies, it is easier to have off-the-shelf components that offer advanced features. In fact, only after the maturation of embedded systems, now sophisticated and highly reliable, has started their wide adoption in the development of technologies such as IoT (Internet of Things), Smart Automotive and Pervasive Computing.

Mission

Il CINI Working Group sul Soft Computing ha lo scopo di sviluppare linee di ricerca inerenti al Soft Computing, inteso come paradigma di problem-solving centrato sul principio per cui la tolleranza all’imprecisione e all’incertezza possono portare a benefici nella soluzione di problemi complessi.

Nodes and Organization

The Laboratory is made up of Nodes distributed throughout the national territory and corresponding to the same number of universities affiliated to CINI.

Each Node is managed by a coordinator and includes professors and researchers.
